Take a deep breath in through your nose…. letting the air generously fill your lungs for a count of 4. Hold this breath, embracing the stillness for a 3-second pause. Exhale slowly for 4 counts, releasing stress with the breath. Rest briefly for another 3 seconds in the quietude of release. Invite another breath, and let us continue this cycle together. Research has found completing five full rounds will have a profound shift in your stress levels, as tranquility replaces tension with every gentle exhale. Connect with the calm, one breath at a time. If you want to double down on calm, find an equine partner to regulate with while you breath. ❤️ Share with your friends and help spread the calm 💙 Save for later when you need the reminder Peace & Love Melissa & Smokey Stulberg, B.
