😳 There is A LOT to check, lol. 😳 Not sure about you guys, but I used to feel a ton of guilt over this. Anyone else? As someone who’s not exactly clock-friendly, my equines turn time into a black hole. Each resurfacing brought a wave of guilt, shame, and embarrassment. But here’s what I’ve learned: that’s exactly what my mind, body, and spirit needed. My equines co-regulate with me, instilling a sense of calm that lasts as long as I allow it. Placing guilt on those precious moments meant the calm was fleeting, trapped in that ‘black hole.’ Recognizing this pattern was key to breaking it – because that’s how we shatter cycles that no longer serve us. And guess who led me to this realization? My equine partners. All I needed to do was listen. Now, I’m curious about your experiences.
