𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗥𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗲 Ⓘn order to feed the nation efficiently, we rely on horse power to grow cattle in natural landscapes. With that comes some scary territory that is only horse-accessible. Ⓡoping itself is an extensive skill as it involves 1000s of pounds interacting with one another with a rope between the horse-rider-cow as well as reading your surroundings. The horse’s responsibility is to be 4WD-ready and responsive to ensure everyone’s safety. That means we gotta get used to big, loud cows, hold fast when we secure cows to the horse, and be ready for any other ridiculousness you can find on those trails! Ⓣhis rope horse is Shango, who’s 4 years old and barely getting started with a saddle. I’m up there after not seeing him for four months which would be a general no-no but when you get so deep into hugs and kisses training you can do stuff like this in a willing, quiet and safer manner💕 🌈𝓞𝓜𝓖 You’re still here?!
