🩵 Healing isn’t always about time. 🩵 Sometimes it’s about letting your nervous system experience something new — safely, repeatedly, gently. I noticed this in myself as I spent more time at the barn. My body began to settle before my mind could explain why. That curiosity led me to learn more, to practice co-regulation with the horses, and eventually to create Finding Peace in the Paddock. Sometimes I wish I could make the whole world a paddock. A place where nervous systems soften, curiosity leads, and regulation is learned in relationship.
