In the last post I mentioned how the body can react before we consciously understand what we’re feeling. Sometimes that becomes especially noticeable around horses. A small change in breathing. A little tension in the shoulders. A shift in posture. Often things the person themselves hasn’t fully noticed yet. Horses spend their lives paying attention to the nervous systems around them. Their survival depends on it. So sometimes they respond to signals we didn’t realize we were sending. Moments like that can become a quiet kind of feedback. They invite us to notice what our own body might already be doing. 🤓I’m curious — have you ever had a horse react to something you didn’t realize you were feeling yet? Peace & Love Melissa The Paddock as Laboratory Thank you to my dear, talented, friend and photographer @kristen_vallejo_photography for the video ❤️ 🥰🎥 @melissajeanpt #paddockaslab #horses #equestrian #nervoussystemhealing #equinetherapy #cute #cuteanimals #animals #calming #soothing #relaxing #peaceful
