What I learned at @wnyequifest : 1. People don’t buy what you do - they buy how you make them feel! To my surprise, drone specs or camera quality were the least of people’s concern! What mattered was people seeing cool footage of their horse AND making sure the person on the other end of the camera was someone they wanted to work with! 👉 People buy into you just as much as your service! 2. You need to say what you do in 5 seconds or less If people have to clarify too much… you’ve already lost them. 👉 Clear - clever. Every time. 3. Don’t be afraid to talk to people - especially other vendors! Some of the best connections weren’t even customers. Everyone’s there to network and gain business. 👉 Business happens in the conversations!
