The camel did NOT sign up for this. Day 6. The last one. Six days of sand, sweat, and hoofbeats and somehow it still wasn’t enough. This time the desert gave us a proper send-off: a canter that felt like flying, our two young troublemakers rolling in the red sand, a very patient camel getting inspected head to toe by the same two youngsters. A walk through Khazali canyon, a zarb cooked low and slow under the sand, and a sky that set itself on fire just to say goodbye properly. We traded saddles for Bedouin tents and a shower.
