❤️ What completes your heart song? ❤️ We enter into our world primed for connection. One nervous system reaching out to another. Why? Because connection is biologically imperative; it is essential for our survival. But what if that connection is difficult ……. What if connecting with others brings about fear …….. For me, that is where horses stepped in ❤️ and now my donkey helps too :) Allowing for connection in these safe ways, allows me to refuel for when I am connecting with people.
