He’s the most regulated being at the house. I’m the one with a camera roll full of his nostrils. Somewhere in there is a lesson, and I’m pretty sure he learned it first. Twenty-one years of bringing horses into my therapy work and I’m still out here recording ear flicks like it’s breaking news. Honestly, that’s the job. The quiet stuff he does all day with no audience is exactly what I study. He rests when he’s tired, wanders when he feels like it, and doesn’t need anyone watching to feel okay. Some of us are still working on that. Some of us are holding the camera 🤦🏼‍♀️ The Paddock as Laboratory Peace & Love, Melissa MSPT, HPCS - I simply loved this trend. 🥰🎥 @melissajeanpt #paddockresearchnotes #findingpeaceinthepaddock #equestrian #horses #horsegirlproblems
