✨Reflecting on an Incredible Year✨ As we close out 2024 with over 500 visits we are overwhelmed with gratitude and excitement! This year has truly been the best year yet for our organization, and it’s all thanks to the incredible support, partnerships, and growth we’ve experienced. Here are some highlights that made 2024 so special: ✨ Unstoppable Growth: We built incredible partnerships with organizations like the Nursey Foundation and AdventHealth, expanding our reach and impact in the community. ✨ A Stronger Team: We welcomed amazing new volunteers and hired three staff members from our board of directors, who help facilitate visits every week and manage marketing/public relations. Their dedication ensures we can bring smiles to even more faces! ✨ New Expertise: Our board of directors grew, adding diverse skill sets and expertise that will help us secure future grants and funding opportunities. ✨ Professional Powerhouses: We brought on an exceptional grant writing team and a fundraising team that will work hand-in-hand to propel our mission forward. ✨ Expanded Our Herd: Our therapy horse hospital program grew to include nine incredible horses. Though we had to say goodbye to Belle—one of the best horses in our program—we are comforted by her legacy in her beautiful daughter, Isabella. We’re excited to introduce Isabella to community partner visits in 2025. We’re already training several additional amazing horses who are on their way to joining our hospital program, and we can’t wait to see what 2025 holds for our growing herd! None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of our donors, sponsors, and grant partners. Every dollar, every in-kind gift, and every act of generosity helped us bring healing, joy, and comfort to so many people this year.
