Be here now. Your horse already is. šš« When weāre not fully present in ourselves, horses feel it. They know when our thoughts are racing, when weāre bracing somewhere inside, when our energy is scattered or tense. And often, they mirror itābecause thatās what sensitive, relational beings do. But when we come back to our breath⦠When we feel the weight of our feet on the ground, the length of our spine, the rise and fall of our ribs⦠When we take a moment to just *be*ānot do, not fix, not controlāsomething shifts. Not just in us, but in them. Our grounded presence gives our horses permission to soften. It says, āYouāre safe here. You can settle.ā And from that place, connection becomes possible. Communication becomes clearer. And movement? Movement becomes more balanced and free, because itās not being filtered through tensionāours or theirs. We ask a lot of our horses. So letās ask something of ourselves, too. Letās be aware of how we show upāenergetically, emotionally, physically. Letās remember that our nervous system is part of the conversation. And letās practice returning to our own bodies, not just for our sakeābut for theirs. Because at the end of the day, the most important tool you bring to the barn isnāt in your hands. Itās in your presence. š in bio to work with me virtually or in person . š„°š„ @bella.equinebodywork . . . #GroundedConnection #EmbodiedPresence #BalancedThroughMovement #HorseWisdom #ForTheHorse #Groundwork #Horse #HorsesOfInstagram #Equestrian #Horsemanship #HorseTraining #NaturalHorsemanship #Equine #Mindfulness #Healing #Breathwork #Meditation #EquestrianLife #EquineTherapy #HorsebackRiding
