Be here now. Your horse already is. 💜💫 When we’re not fully present in ourselves, horses feel it. They know when our thoughts are racing, when we’re bracing somewhere inside, when our energy is scattered or tense. And often, they mirror it—because that’s what sensitive, relational beings do. But when we come back to our breath… When we feel the weight of our feet on the ground, the length of our spine, the rise and fall of our ribs… When we take a moment to just *be*—not do, not fix, not control—something shifts. Not just in us, but in them. Our grounded presence gives our horses permission to soften. It says, “You’re safe here. You can settle.” And from that place, connection becomes possible. Communication becomes clearer. And movement? Movement becomes more balanced and free, because it’s not being filtered through tension—ours or theirs. We ask a lot of our horses. So let’s ask something of ourselves, too. Let’s be aware of how we show up—energetically, emotionally, physically. Let’s remember that our nervous system is part of the conversation. And let’s practice returning to our own bodies, not just for our sake—but for theirs. Because at the end of the day, the most important tool you bring to the barn isn’t in your hands. It’s in your presence. 🔗 in bio to work with me virtually or in person . 🥰🎥 @bella.equinebodywork . . . #GroundedConnection #EmbodiedPresence #BalancedThroughMovement #HorseWisdom #ForTheHorse #Groundwork #Horse #HorsesOfInstagram #Equestrian #Horsemanship #HorseTraining #NaturalHorsemanship #Equine #Mindfulness #Healing #Breathwork #Meditation #EquestrianLife #EquineTherapy #HorsebackRiding
