Admittedly, I know very little about yoga 🧘‍♀️ BUT as we have an upcoming event featuring a class with the awesome Gwen of @altenergyhatha , I have been spending more time sitting with the horses so they’re very used to people being on the ground!! Despite being a total novice and just doing what happens to feel natural versus any particular poses (I definitely need a proper class), it has been so enjoyable to prioritize doing “nothing”, sitting reflectively among the horses at sunset 🌅 They are more or less unphased by my new weird-human behaviors, but it was neat to get to capture Cyrus and Coleman checking in with me (“Why are you on the ground, human?
